Instant Neighbour collects quality used furniture, household items and electrical goods from both Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.

These are then redistributed to clients referred for assistance through Aberdeen City Council, local Housing Associations and to anyone who needs our help.

• Please be advised that our drivers will decide whether or not an item is suitable to be passed on. The criteria for this is varied.
  
  
• We do try to come as quickly as possible, but please be aware that at times of high demand you may have to wait.
  
  
• Please note, we do not collect items from outside/gardens/garages. We require someone to be in the property at the time of collection.
